Celebration Cake Decoration:
This course is open to anyone interested in learning the basics of Christmas cake decoration.

This course will give you the skills needed to make fun, festive cakes!
What you will experience
This course will introduce you to the methods of making and baking a traditional Christmas cake, whilst also focusing on traditional cake decoration techniques such as piping and crimping.
Applicants should have a basic understanding of cake decoration prior to enrolling on this course.

Students should bring their own aprons each week..

Please note, this course is not eligible for fee waiver and may not be eligible for ILA funding.
Students should wear appropriate clothing for working within a kitchen/bakery environment (flat shoes, no jewellery and long hair tied back). The cost of core ingredients is covered in the course fee.
