This one day course is ideal for those who have an interest in bread making – ideal for individuals, small groups, or even a team building day. No knowledge or past experience is required, just an interest or passion for making bread.

What you will need
Students should bring their own aprons and wear appropriate clothing for working within a kitchen/bakery environment (flat shoes, no jewellery and long hair tied back).
All core ingredients are provided by the College and included in the course fee.
