It would be beneficial for learners to have competence in communications, which could be demonstrated by the possession of Communication Core Skill at SCQF Level 5 (or equivalent).
This course will introduce you to the internal and external business environment and the factors affecting it, in particular the impact of technology.
The unit is designed to provide candidates with the knowledge and skills for further study or employment in a business and administrative environment. It is required within HNC/HND Business and can be taken as a stand-alone unit.
