Students will gain access to our expert facilities to help develop their skills and understanding when it comes to Technology, Business, Computing & IT.
The course is varied and provides opportunities to experience several different fields within computing, IT and Business. Students will gain highly sought after skills as well as rich and varied knowledge, preparing them for progression to further study or employment in a large range of industries.
You will learn from lecturers from the Interactive Computing department who will support you and encourage your ideas, so you can build your understanding of the technology used during classes.
The course is for pupils who have a good foundation in relevant subjects at Higher level and wish to develop knowledge and practical, vocational experience at SCQF Level 7.
Our expert industry-standard computing facilities at North East Scotland College will allow students to work with a range of hardware and software, with opportunities to put theory into practice in our various computing labs. Lecturers will challenge students to think outside the box and they will bring vast industry experience to their classes, allowing students to see how subjects are applied to real life scenarios

This course is only available to pupils in S6 across Aberdeen City and Shire, giving pupils the opportunity to experience life as a College student whilst staying on at school.
