You will make a variety of classic dishes originating from the Southern States, including a range of starters, mains and desserts - fried chicken, corn bread, gumbo, etouffee and sweet potato pie are all covered in this new cookery course!

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. This course caters for all levels of ability - you just need to have an interest in cooking, particularly cuisine from the Southern American states!

All core ingredients will be provided. Students will be required to bring their own aprons and suitable storage containers for taking dishes home
