Tempting Tapas (Spanish Cookery)

Learn about the history and culture of Spanish cuisine and develop your skills in Spanish cookery.


Why take this course?

This course will introduce you to the wonderful flavours of Spanish cuisine by preparing, cooking and presenting a range of delicious Tapas dishes. It is aimed at anyone who has an interest in developing their culinary skills with a particular interest in/passion for Spanish food. The course fee includes expert tuition and you will also be provided with recipes to take away, so you can practice your new culinary skills at home!

What you will experience

You will learn about Spanish cuisine and some essential ingredients. After some tuition and demonstrations, you will prepare and cook a range of traditional Spanish dishes from mastering that mouth-watering paella to tasty potato bravas.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course.

What you will need

Students should wear appropriate clothing for working within a kitchen/bakery environment (flat shoes, no jewellery and long hair tied back). Students should also bring their own aprons each week, and may be asked to provide some equipment. This will be advised by your tutor.
