Learn to cook traditional and delicious Scottish dishes.
Why take this course?
If you often wish you could make stovies that are as good as your granny used to make, then this course is for you! It will teach you how to cook delicious, traditional dishes for all the family to enjoy - and some may even have a modern twist.
What you will experience
You will cover a range of starters, main courses and desserts, as well as different presentation techniques. On completion of this course you'll be ready to impress family and friends next time they come over for Sunday lunch!
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
What you will need
Students should wear appropriate clothing for working within a kitchen/bakery environment (flat shoes, no jewellery and long hair tied back) and should also bring their own aprons each week. Students may also be asked to provide some equipment, but this will be advised by your tutor.
