Why take this course?
This practical course will provide you with the skills and recipes to help you, or a family member to follow a gluten-free diet. This short course will give you the inspiration to create healthy gluten-free options as well as alternatives for dairy and other food intolerances.
What you will experience
You will learn about the fundamental elements of cooking and presentation whilst preparing a wide range of starters, main courses and desserts.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
What you will need
Students should wear appropriate clothing for working within a kitchen environment (flat shoes, no jewellery and long hair tied back) and should also bring their own aprons each week.
