Why take this course?

This course is based on evidence drawn from the behavioural sciences and sports psychology. Mental Strength and ‘Mental Toughness’ have some similarities with the idea of ‘Resilience’ (the ability to bounce back from adversity), but there are some key differences.

You will explore these differences and apply that knowledge to improve your understanding of your own thoughts and behaviours.

Changing routines and altered ways of thinking can have a great impact and lead to more general improvements in their lives.

What you will experience

The course is broken down into 2 bite-sized units with the following titles:

• Self-assessment
