Entry requirements
- Two Highers preferably including English (or equivalent)
Or
- Completion of a relevant SCQF Level 6 course
Or
- Completion of a Foundation Apprenticeship in Social Services & Healthcare
- Evidence of work or voluntary experience within a social care setting is desirable (minimum 80 hours)
- A genuine interest in working with people and good communication skills are essential, and references may be required
- A clear PVG will be required prior to placement allocation. This will be organised by the College, however you will have to pay for the PVG.
- Please note: National 5 Numeracy is required to gain access to university.
