This course will prepare you for Visual Communication roles that require creativity, conceptual thinking, critical analysis, and planning and reflection skills.
You will experience industry-standard approaches and technology to develop solutions for a range of projects in typography, promotion and advertising, packaging, illustration, information graphics and live client commissions. You will also build a portfolio of work to in preparation for progression to university or employment.
The course concludes with the opportunity to present your work at NESCol’s End of Year Show.

This course is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programme. This means that you are required to have access to your own laptop computer, netbook or similar device in class each day that you are in college.
If you do not already own a suitable device you can apply for a student loan from SAAS, if eligible, to fund the cost of purchasing a device.
