Induction training is an important form of employee training for new staff.
It enables them to perform their duties and be productive as possible, and to feel comfortable in their new profession or job role.
Effective induction training covers key information such as health and safety, and specific training on any of the duties and skills required for a new role. It will provide a range of knowledge surrounding the induction process, the benefits of induction training, legal aspects, progression, evaluation, and more.
Course content:
Section 1: The induction process – Learn about the importance of an effective staff induction, the phases and the legal aspects of the induction process.
Section 2: The effectiveness of the induction process – Explore the process in more detail, including how to record progress and evaluate an induction.
