- This qualification is suitable for those under the age of 16 as well as adult learners.
This 18-week qualification is perfect if you’re passionate about food and cookery. You’ll gain experience with a variety of cooking skills and methods, preparing you for further education or apprenticeships in the culinary sector.
Throughout the course, you’ll also develop essential transferable skills such as planning, research, communication and teamwork.

If you are studying a full-time non-advanced course (below HNC level), you may be entitled to funding.

This course is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programme. This means that you are required to have access to your own laptop computer, netbook or similar device in class each day that you are in college.
This may be funded or part-funded by a bursary, if you are eligible to receive one.
