NESCol collaborates with Motivational Intelligence specialist to pioneer new qualification

North East Scotland College and Scottish specialist the Power Within Training have launched a groundbreaking new course for Scottish businesses.

The SQA-approved Executive Diploma in Leading With Motivational Intelligence is the first of its kind and will be delivered using the College’s well-established distance learning model.

Motivational Intelligence (MQ) is known as the third level of intelligence and the science behind it has won a Nobel Prize.

Glasgow-based family business The Power Within Training is the only certified provider of Motivational Intelligence training outside North America. The company leads transformative MQ development programmes designed to help people adapt more quickly to their environment, handle adversity more effectively, take productive action and embrace change at an accelerated rate.

Through the collaboration with NESCol the unique Executive Diploma framework is now available fully-funded to Scottish business owners, sole traders and senior leaders and managers in companies and organisations based in Scotland.
