North East Scotland College and Shell are now inviting applications for the 2017-2019 Shell Engineering Scheme!

This fast track engineering programme, based at Fraserburgh Campus, has fourteen places available for ambitious and talented individuals. The intensive two year course requires attendance at College Monday to Friday plus four work placements at St Fergus gas terminal.

Over the course of the programme successful applicants will study Performing Engineering Operations Level 2, National Certificate Engineering Systems Level 6 and two Higher National Certificates - Electrical Engineering and Measurement & Control* (*may change subject to industry demand). The course has been expertly designed to meet the up and coming needs of the energy industry, and those who successfully complete the programme are well placed to enter employment or progress to university.

Fraserburgh Campus will host a College and Employer Open Evening in March, which is designed to inform pupils, students and the wider community educational and career opportunities across the region.

Representatives from Shell and the College will also be available at the Fraserburgh Campus College and Employer Open Evening in March to answer any questions you might have and inform you of the range of opportunities available following completion of this prestigious fast-track course.

The College and Employer Open Evening will be held on Thursday 2nd March 2017 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
