NESCol holds successful Career and Progression Fair event!

North East Scotland College held a very successful Career and Progression Fair at its Aberdeen City Campus on Thursday 21st April 2016.

Small groups of students at information desks

Current and prospective students, as well as members of the public, came along to speak to employers from a range of backgrounds, as well as representatives from both local universities. This gave all in attendance a fantastic opportunity to discuss their future ambitions in terms of education and employment.

Gill Griffin, Head of Student Services at NESCol, said, “The event was a must for anyone thinking about their next career move – whether through enrolling in further or higher education, changing employer or taking their first steps into employment. We are hugely grateful for the support of all of the employers and universities who shared their knowledge and expertise with the students and members of the public.”

College staff were also on hand to give advice on career options, career planning, job hunting and CV support as well as information on course entry and progression.
