Cooking for FUN

A Taste of Sicily (Italian Cookery) – Wednesday 19 July 2017 - 10am - 4pm

Come along and have a go at cooking Italian style. You will have hands-on experience making Anti-pasti, Sfincione (Sicilian Pizza), Salads, Cannoli and learn how to make many more Sicilian dishes. Cost - £79.00

A Taste of Catalan (Spanish Cookery) – Wednesday 26 July 2017 – 10am-4pm

If you have a taste for Spanish Tapas, come along and have a go at making your own, along with other Catalan regional specialties including paella. Cost - £79.00

Please note the cost of all ingredients is included in the course fees for the cookery workshops. No hidden extras! All you need to bring with you on the day is an apron.

Photography for FUN

Photography Workshop – Thursday & Friday 27th & 28th July 2017 – 10am-4pm

If you see yourself as a budding amateur photographer, then join us at our two day workshop. On day one we will cover health & safety, basic introduction to camera, mechanics, introduction to Photoshop, introduction to the studio (studio set up). On the second day, you will get hands-on experience in the photography studio, looking at lighting techniques and subject interaction. Cost - £99.00

The only requirement is to bring your own SLR camera.

Floristry for FUN

Floristry Workshop – Thursday 20th July 2017 – 10am-4pm

This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to floristry, a novice or have some experience already. This fun, practical course will allow you to experiment with techniques and create your own design. Our tutor will give you the skills to boost your confidence in this subject and leave you wanting to do more. Cost - £69.00

The course fee includes cost of foam, but not the cost of flowers. We recommend a maximum of £15 is spent on an assorted bunch, which you should bring to the workshop. You should also bring with you secateurs, apron, ribbon, scissors and your own vase/container.
