If you are 16 and over, you are automatically a member of the Students' Association when you enrol at NESCol.
The Association offers a place to go to talk to other students as peers and they can signpost you to the relevant person or place to receive the help and advice you need.
To help us represent you we need your feedback on your learning and general college experience so that staff and students can work together to improve your time at the College.
Alongside all of this, awareness raising events and activities on campuses are an important part of the Association's calendar, including Freshers' Fairs, health promotions, celebrations of equality and diversity, and end of year activities. We also welcome suggestions for new events!
We are keen to have students volunteer to help at any or all of our events — just come and ask how you can be involved. It's a great way to become involved with an active team, and boost your CV at the same time!
You can also stand for election in early October for one of the following officer positions:
- Activities and Events
- Equality and Diversity
- Health and Wellbeing
Information on these posts will be advertised in September. If you want to know more before then get in touch with one of the Presidents at any time.
