If you are having technical problems with your personal device then you should contact the IT Help Zone in the Aberdeen City Campus. The Help Zone is manned by helpful and informative students and staff, who should be able to help you with whatever technical difficulty you are facing.
If you are based at the Altens Campus then you will find an IT Help Zone self-help station within the Library+ area. This is an iPad full of advice and guidance on a wide range of common technical issues. You will also find a telephone that will connect you directly the IT Help Zone reception at the Aberdeen City Campus if required.
Accessing IT support as a Distance Learning student
If you are a Distance Learning student, please contact your department directly for help with passwords and the logging of support calls for faults. Alternatively, students can use the following contacts:
