The new IT Help Zone at our Fraserburgh Campus is operated by students, for students! The helpdesk’s primary aim is to provide you with guidance and support when it comes to a range of technical IT-related issues - whether on your own personal device, or on a BYOD device. The Help Zone staff provide a wide range of services including assistance with passwords, WIFI, anti-virus & fault finding as well as general troubleshooting.
Should you require assistance when the IT Help Zone is closed, then you will find a self-help station within the Library+. The self-help station is an iPad full of advice and guidance on a wide range of common technical issues. You will also find a telephone is available to connect you directly to the IT Help Zone at the Aberdeen City Campus, should you need further assistance.
