These are the key things that need to be done ahead of graduation, it’s important that they are booked in advance.
Book your place
Registration is now closed.
Make a change to your booking
To change or update your registration details you can edit your booking online. Alternatively, contact Ede & Ravenscroft on 01223 734759 or complete their contact form.
Academic gowns
Hire your academic gown
Hire your academic gown at the same time as registering your place at the Ceremony on the Ede & Ravenscroft website. The cost is £37.
On the day
Ede & Ravenscroft will provide you with your robe at the venue on the day of the Ceremony.
Dress code
In keeping with academic dress, you are requested to wear a white/light coloured top/shirt/tie and dark skirt/dress/trousers or national dress.
Guest tickets
You can bring up to two guests with you free of charge (please book their tickets through Ede & Ravenscroft at the same time as booking your place).
Additional guest tickets
Additional guest tickets are now available at a charge of £5 each. You can book these tickets through the Ede & Ravenscroft booking portal. These will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Here’s a handy guide to show you how to purchase successfully –

Infants and children
Children under the age of two can sit on a guest’s knee. Children over that age will require a ticket due to fire regulations.
Photography
The College has appointed Ede & Ravenscroft Photography as Official Graduation Ceremony photographers. Official photos can be taken prior to and after the ceremony at your allocated venue.
Order photographs
Order your photographs at the same time as registering your place at the Ceremony and ordering your gown. Alternatively, you can book photography at a later date by logging in to your booking on the Ede & Ravenscroft website.
On-stage photography
All graduates are photographed as they receive their award on stage. You will also have the opportunity to purchase your own on-stage award photograph for £10 on the day. This is taken by Ede & Ravenscroft during the ceremony.
