Open Days give you the opportunity to explore our campuses, check out our facilities, speak to subject specialists and find out everything you need to know about coming to College, including:
- Course information
- The application process
- Funding
- Support available during your studies.
They’re open to all ages and backgrounds including school pupils, adult returners, parents, carers, teachers, career changers, and those considering part-time learning options.

Doors Open Day
NESCol is hosting a Doors Open Day on Saturday 5 September 2026, 10am – 2pm.
This is an informal opportunity for you to explore:
- Aberdeen City Campus (including family fun activities)
- Aberdeen Altens Campus and the Energy Transition Skills Hub
- Fraserburgh Campus
- Scottish Maritime Academy
16 January 2027
Open Day
Our next main Open Day is Saturday 16 January 2027.
Applications for full-time courses starting in August 2027 will also open on 16 January 2027.

Don’t worry if you didn’t register for Doors Open Day, please feel free to visit any of our campuses on Saturday 5 September 2026 from 10am to 2pm.
We recommend arriving before 1pm to make the most of your visit.
