Our online CPD Organising and Delegating course will give you the knowledge and understanding needed to deal with management responsibilities and improve as a leader.
It will teach you how to develop your management skills, how to improve organisational skills and how to improve delegation skills.
Course content:
Section 1: Organisation in the workplace – Develop good organisational skills and an awareness of how to organise people to achieve specific objectives. Also learn how to identify the appropriate person for an activity in the workplace.
Section 2: Delegation skills – Learn how to delegate tasks effectively by recognising strengths and weaknesses to achieve workplace objectives. Understand the benefits of empowerment in the workplace and barriers to delegation, and ways to overcome these barriers.
