The Wallace Restaurant
A modern, attractive restaurant that doubles as an excellent training facility for students.
About
The Wallace Restaurant is an outstanding training facility in which our students can develop their cooking and hospitality skills in a realistic working environment. It was named in memory of Rodger Wallace who established the original Catering section of the Fraserburgh campus in 1984. The Wallace Restaurant serves delicious meals to students, staff and the general public at specific times during the week.
The restaurant has a seating capacity of 36, and it’s warm and welcoming interior makes for a fantastic ambience. All meals are prepared by catering students using local produce, and served by those studying hospitality.
