Community Empowerment

The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 places certain duties on public bodies, including North East Scotland College. This includes publication of an Annual Report detailing the College’s responses to Participation and Asset Transfer Requests and also the publication of the College’s Land Register.
