Entry requirements
Although there are no formal entry requirements for this course, we would highly recommend you complete the Breadmaking Masterclass Part 1 course first.
If you would now like to enhance the presentation of your bread or learn how to create new speciality breads, this is the course for you.
You will be able to create a basket of rolls for your loved ones, understand the strands of gluten and how to enhance the structure of your dough, how to infuse the bread with various ingredients to enhance their presentation side and their flavour profile.

Although there are no formal entry requirements for this course, we would highly recommend you complete the Breadmaking Masterclass Part 1 course first.
Students should bring their own aprons, wear appropriate clothing for working within a kitchen/bakery environment (flat shoes, no jewellery and long hair tied back) and storage containers for taking your meals home.
All core ingredients are provided by the College and included in the course fee.
Please notify the college at booking stage if you have any allergies or food intolerances.
Please note that this service will only accept credit or debit card payment for the full course fee.
If you are eligible for Remission of Fees then you must complete this booking form and supply the relevant fee waiver documents to one of our Campuses or Centres. Some courses are not eligible for fee waiver applications. For further information please contact our Student Advice Centre.
