This is a specialist cupcake course to learn cake baking and decorating in a professional bakery setting. Intensive and fun, this fully comprehensive baking and decorating course is for all levels.

Let baking mishaps be a thing of the past! Our experienced and professional tutor is on hand to answer your questions and show you the tricks of the trade. Each lesson is packed with hints and tips from from baking your own dozen light-as-a-cloud cupcakes, to making buttercream icing, colouring and decorations.

You will need to bring your own apron and storage containers for taking your creations home. Please note the cost of core ingredients is covered in the course fee.
