There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
This course will introduce you to the wonderful flavours of Indian cuisine, and teach you how to create homely Indian meals which are simple, quick and easy to make. The course is for anyone with an interest in developing their culinary skills and a particular interest in/passion for Indian food. The course fee includes expert tuition and you will also be provided with recipes to take away, so you can practice your new culinary skills at home!
You will learn how to make both restaurant style and more traditional home-made Indian dishes, from learning how to cook with spices to perfecting a delicious masala sauce. The topics covered include:

Students are required to bring an apron to class each week and wear appropriate clothing.
All core ingredients are provided by the College and included in the course fee.
This course is not eligible for fee waiver.
