This course is designed to review the legislation in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to help managers ensure their teams are more compliant and avoid reputational damage and fines for data breaches.
This would be suitable for new managers or those looking to refresh their existing knowledge.
What you will experience
This half-day course can be delivered face-to-face at a NESCol campus, online using Microsoft Teams or at a local business premises for up to twelve attendees.
You will learn about:

- The types of data that are processed and why
- Legitimate basis for processing data
- Accountability requirements and obligations under GDPR
