This course will enhance your understanding and practical skills in client consultation, shampooing, conditioning and scalp massage. You’ll focus on perfecting your basic styling, cutting, colouring, lightening and perming techniques, and there will be opportunities to develop your creative hairdressing skills.
The course also covers how to promote and sell a variety of products and services, alongside the importance of health and safety and reception duties.
You will train in a realistic work environment, which will prepare you for your work placement and give you excellent salon experience for progression to employment.

If you take up a place on a College course, at the start of the course you will be asked to complete an enrolment form.
