Why take this course?

Gain the skills and confidence to address sensitive sexual harassment allegations with professionalism and empathy.

In October 2024, the Worker Protection Act 2023 came into force. This outlined new requirements for employers, including that they must proactively prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.

This course is aimed at managers and supervisors where understanding legal responsibilities, identifying inappropriate behaviours, and knowing how to effectively support victims and conduct investigations are critical to fostering a respectful workplace.

On successful completion of this course, managers will be better equipped to create a safe work environment, prevent harassment and address incidents professionally.
