This interactive course is designed to equip managers with the essential skills to lead effective teams, achieve organisational objectives and foster a productive work environment.
Through engaging activities and practical exercises, you will develop the tools and confidence to manage both people and projects successfully.
This two-day course can be delivered face-to-face at a NESCol campus or at a local business premises for three to twelve attendees.
