Why take this course?
Having the ability to sew on a button, sew a hem onto your trousers or even just have the confidence to use a needle is something we take for granted. This course will help you do these tasks and boost your confidence to do more DIY sewing.
What you will experience
This short course is suitable for all levels of ability and covers a variety of topics including:
- Several sewing techniques and types of stitches
- Introduction to a sewing machine (threading a needle, sewing in a straight line)
- Creating a seam
You will be given plenty of opportunities to practice new skills under the supervision of an expert tutor, boosting your confidence to tackle your own sewing tasks!
